First attempts at drawing poses from the website PIXELovely. Not too bad although 10 minutes is still not enough for me to draw figures like these.
Trying to draw a rabbit fishing, for a panel of an upcoming comic.
More experiments with animal poses and proportions.
More experiments with animal expressions, trying to make them look less childish.
Trying to draw more raccoons, with different expressions and hand poses.
Study of different animals. Quite happy with the raccoon but not very happy with the rabbit. I have to keep experimenting.
Trying to learn how to do some 1920s woman hairdo. While at it, I tried to imitate a bit some 1920s-style clothes. I was really surprised at the result, I think it loses on this scanned version.
Study of different hand poses. Not particularly happy with the results.
Study of bottom-up perspective for character Obdulia Caron. The first one (left) is terrible, the second one is not that good but still a great improvement compared to the first.
Study of different poses and robes, for unnamed characters. Not particularly happy but kind of ok.
Study of different poses for characters John & Raymond. Didn't like the one on the left, the rest are alright.
Study of crouching poses. I quite liked the result, except for the left hand.
Study of different hand poses, esp. grabbing and fists. The character pose is alright, but I don't like the expression. I realised how wrong the angry lines on the face were, so I definitely learned something from this.
Study of different hand poses.
Study of different hand poses. Quite happy with the last gun-grabbing hand pose.
Study of different poses for character Obdulia Caron. Quite liked the first-aid kit pose and the lone face at the bottom.
Study of different poses for character John Hammond. Don't like the one in the middle, the rest are alright.
Study of different poses for character Raymond Reid. Don't like at all the hand on the middle one. I thought the last character's expression looked oddly anime-like.
Study of different poses for characters John & Raymond. Quite happy with both figures actually.
I wanted to make an improvement of the other character in the ouija scene. I like the drawing better, but I liked the design of the other one better. The character on the right is just a study for a new version of the character on the left in the first scene.
